Hi, I’m Em and welcome to my blog.

I’m a 21 year old, third year English and Creative Writing student from the United Kingdom.

I started this blog back in 2014 in my year out – a year I like to refer to as ‘The Year of Existential Crisis’. A few months later after baking lots of cupcakes, completing every nintendo 64 game on the shelf & querying what I was going to do for the rest of my life, I started University in the hope that three years would give me enough time to figure it all out.

Three years on and I’m still none the wiser so I use writing as an outlet for all those overwhelming thoughts that keep me up at night. I’m also an aspiring writer with a love for all things fantasy and adventure and hope one day to write a book.

For me, this blog is all about dreams. And I don’t mean the little sleepy ones – I’m talking the BIG scary ones that you pursue. I believe that if anyone puts their mind to something, no matter who they are or where they’re from, absolutely anyone can do brilliant things. You just have to believe in yourself. x
